First bump in the road
Last night, Amy was Christianna's nurse. Amy was checking to see how much food Christianna digested. (They actually pull the stomach contents out with a syringe and check to see what is left! YUCK!!). There was more food in her belly than they usually like to see, so the doctors and nurses took her off the food for a while. During rounds this morning, the doctor said they would try putting her back on her food. When they started feeding her she started out at .5ml and they moved her to 1ml. Then yesterday they changed it to 1.5 ml. Now when they start her back on it will me moved back down to 1 ml.

Father,
I thank you for baby "Chris" and her beautiful life. I pray you will continue to give her the strength to grow and develop. Please keep her from any infections as she continues to grow strong. I pray for Kevi and Christina that you will give them strength and encouragement during this long road. Let them continually feel your presence in their life. I thank you for this family and what they mean to my family and church. Thank you for being a God who hears and answers are prayers!
